Read Down Your Library Fines

The St. Clair County Library System wants every child or teen under the age of 18 to use the library over the summer. To encourage use, the library is running a Read Down Your Library Fines initiative from Monday, June 18, 2018 through Saturday, August 18, 2018, to coincide with the the Summer Reading program.

It's simple. Read any print media such as books, magazines/newspapers for 30 minutes and get $1 taken off your fines. E-books and listening to audiobooks also qualify! There are no limits to how much you can read or what or where your read. This reading also qualifies towards the St. Clair County Library's Summer Reading Program requirements which could result in prizes for those entered in Summer Reading.

For more information, please call the Port Huron/Main Library at (810) 987-7323 or your nearest branch.
