Description:   Your vote decided the program! Thanks to those who commented on the questionnaire about what programs YOU want to see in the library. We will be hosting a fitness group since this had the most votes. We will Learn about healthy trends, meet up to walk and visit local gyms and studios. Programs will be held on the 1st Tuesday of the month (September – December) at 3:00 in the meeting room unless otherwise noted. Tuesday September 3 will be a 45 minute town and waterfront walk. Tuesday, October 1 we will visit the YMCA to tour the facility and learn about fitness. Bring a license or ID please. Meet at the library but if you do not want to walk the 2 mile round trip you will need to find your own way. Tuesday, November 5 we will meet at the library and review exercise DVD’s and youtube videos that can get you started on a healthy path. If you have a favorite workout DVD feel free to share! December 3 will bring us out for a walk to the Raven coffeehouse to warm up with your favorite beverage. We will discuss fitness goals for 2020 and programs you want to see.
